Home-Made Ice-Cream

Delicious and quick ice-cream that can be prepared by everyone. This ice-cream contains no artificial aroma, colour or paste and which flavour you will choose depends on you.

YOU NEED …

1 GLASS YOU WILL WORK WITH AND USE FOR MEASURING ( you choose a size of the glass yourself, it depends on the amount of ice-cream you want to get )

INGREDIENTS FOR FRUIT ICE-CREAM :

2 glasses of finely chopped fruit ( fruit at your choice )

1 – 2 glasses of sugar ( the amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of the fruit )

2 glasses of stiff yoghurt ( you can use Greek yoghurt as well )

1 ½ glasses of sweet cream

INGREDIENTS FOR OTHER FLAVOURS :

1 glass of ground cookies or nuts ( it is your choice )

1 glass of sugar

2 glasses of stiff yoghurt ( you can use Greek yoghurt as well )

1 ½ glasses of sweet cream

PROCEDURE :

1 . wash the fruit, dry it and chop it into tiny pieces …

2 . mix the fruit with sugar using an immersion blender …

3 . add yoghurt to the mixed fruit and mix again …

4 . mix sweet cream separately ( be careful NOT to mix it too much ) …

5 . put sweet cream and mixed cream together and mix shortly one more time to avoid the lumps …

6 . pour the ice-cream into suitable cups and freeze …

THE PROCEDURE FOR MAKING ICE-CREAM with cakes or nuts is almost the same.

If you make ice-cream with cookies, first mix yoghurt and sugar to enable the sugar to melt and then add the cookies. The rest of the procedure is completely the same as with fruit ice-cream.

NOTES AND ADVICE :

Take the ice-cream out of the freezer 15 minutes before serving to enable it to defrost a little.

If you have a special freezer for ice-cream, you do not need to take the ice-cream out 15 minutes before use, as the temperature is adjusted specially for ice-cream, so it will always be creamy.

If there are ice crystals in the ice-cream, it means that the temperature of freezing was wrong.

Chicken Legs in Potatoes

DOUGH INGREDIENTS : 

320 g of flour

400 ml of milk

100 ml of oil

4 eggs

1 teaspoon of pepper

2 teaspoons of salt

TOPPING INGREDIENTS :

300 g of sour cream ( at least 20 % fat )

3 – 4 cloves of garlic

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS :

4 chicken legs with tights

1 kg of potatoes

2 onions

SPICES FOR PREPARING THE MEAT:

butter for greasing the baking tray

1 teaspoon of salt

1 spoon of Vegeta

1 spoon of red pepper ( spice )

100 ml of oil

PROCEDURE:

1 . butter the baking tray …

2 . cut the chicken leg off from the thigh and add all the ingredients necessary for the meat ( spices for preparing the meat) …

3 . rub the meat with the spices and leave it aside for a while …

4 . chop potatoes and onions to cubes …

5 . put all the dough ingredients in a bowl and whisk everything well so that there are no lumps left behind …

6 . add the chopped onions and potatoes to the dough and stir …

7 . put the potato mixture into a baking tray ( 32 x 34 ) and line the meat on the potatoes …

8 . put into the oven pre-heated to 200 degrees for ca. 60 – 70 minutes ( depending on the size of the chicken legs ) …

9 . to prepare the topping, squeeze the garlic or chop it as fine as you can and mix it with sour cream …

YOU CAN POUR THE TOPPING OVER THE HOT POTATOES AND MEAT OR SERVE IT ASIDE …

Creamy Fruit Joy in Glass

The combination of these ingredients is fabulous , a dessert in glass which is extremely creamy and fruit gives it fantastic freshness.

INGREDIENTS :

10 Rafaello balls + for decoration

750 g Quark or Topfen ( fresh cheese with at least 20 % fat )

130 g of powder sugar

120 g of coconut cream ( canned coconut milk )

250 g of Mascarpone

1 package of vanilla sugar

1 spoon of vanilla paste

250 g of forest fruit ( frozen fruit )

PROCEDURE :

1 . mix all the ingredients except Rafaello balls and frozen fruit …

2 . cut the Rafaello balls and add them to the mixed cream, then add forest fruit …

3 . stir well and fill the glasses …

4 . decorate with halves of Rafaello balls …

Stuffed Sausages

Summer is ideal time for a good barbecue. Besides various vegetables and meat there are always your favourite sausages on the barbecue. In this recipe you can read how to give a special touch to your favourite sausages.

INGREDIENTS:

Sausages ( your favourite )

Grated cheese ( that can melt, i.e. Gouda )

Pancetta ( cut in long strips )

PROCEDURE :

1 . cut a notch in the middle of the sausages, but be careful not to cut them to the end. Leave a little space from each side of the sausage, as wide as a finger, the space that must not be cut …

2 . fill the sausages with grated cheese …

3 . wrap the sausages in pancetta and roast them on the barbecue or in the grill pan from all sides …

NOTES :

In this recipe there are no stated amounts, as everything depends on you.

How many sausages do you want to roast, are sausages long or short, how much cheese do you want to stuff them with, how much pancetta you will need to wrap the sausages depends on all this.

If you have shorter sausages, you will need two strips of pancetta for one sausage, if they are longer, you will need 3 strips of pancetta for a sausage.
